Elevate by Convene
Elevate is a mobile platform for commercial landlords that empowers their tenants with rich amenities like electronic building access, food & beverage ordering, meeting spaces booking, and much more. As a rapidly growing startup, they needed to improve their tenant-facing MVP as they launched into their first building in Manhattan.
I was responsible for research, user experience, and the creation of the design system for the iOS and Android apps. I worked directly with product managers and developers to ship new features.

The Home screen of the app adapts based on the user’s current location. If they are inside of their office, the screen acts as a feed showing their activity. From here, they can check the status of their food & drink order, book a room, or view upcoming events.
Users can reserve private meeting rooms either inside of their office or at outside locations for an additional charge. Reservations and payments are handled directly in the app.
Users can order food from company cafeterias as well as outside vendors powered by Ritual.
